1. 개인정보의 처리 목적
규랩스(이하 "회사")는 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리합니다. 처리하고 있는 개인정보는 다음의 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용되지 않으며, 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우에는 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행할 예정입니다.
중요: Clips2GIF 앱은 사용자가 생성한 GIF 파일을 포함한 모든 콘텐츠를 서버에 저장하지 않으며, 모든 처리는 사용자의 기기 내에서만 이루어집니다.
2. 개인정보의 처리 및 보유기간
회사는 법령에 따른 개인정보 보유·이용기간 또는 정보주체로부터 개인정보를 수집 시에 동의받은 개인정보 보유·이용기간 내에서 개인정보를 처리·보유합니다.
2.1 앱 사용 정보
- 수집 항목: 기기 정보, 앱 사용 통계, 크래시 리포트
- 수집 목적: 서비스 개선, 버그 수정, 사용자 경험 향상

3. 처리하는 개인정보 항목
회사는 다음의 개인정보 항목을 처리하고 있습니다:
3.1 자동으로 수집되는 정보

회사는 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음의 경우에는 예외로 합니다:

7. 개인정보의 파기
① 회사는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.
② 파기 방법:
- 전자적 파일: 복원이 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제
- 기록물, 인쇄물: 분쇄 또는 소각

9. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치
회사는 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 취하고 있습니다:

10. 아동의 개인정보 보호
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 서비스를 이용하려면 부모 또는 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다.
11. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경
이 개인정보 처리방침은 2025년 1월 1일부터 적용됩니다. 법령, 정책 또는 보안기술의 변경에 따라 내용의 추가, 삭제 및 수정이 있을 시에는 변경 사항의 시행 7일 전부터 앱 내 공지사항을 통해 고지할 것입니다.
12. 추적 거부 (iOS App Tracking Transparency)
iOS 14.5 이상에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 프레임워크를 통해 사용자에게 추적 권한을 요청합니다:
- 추적 거부 방법: iOS 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 추적 > "앱이 추적을 요청하도록 허용" 끄기
- 영향: 맞춤형 광고가 제한되며, 일반 광고가 표시됩니다
13. 쿠키 및 유사 기술
Clips2GIF 앱은 웹 기반 서비스가 아니므로 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 다만, 광고 플랫폼(AdMob)에서 광고 식별자를 사용할 수 있습니다.

1. Purpose of Personal Information Processing
KyuLabs ("Company") processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than those stated below. If the purpose of use changes, necessary measures will be taken, including obtaining separate consent.
Important: The Clips2GIF app does not store any content, including user-generated GIF files, on servers. All processing occurs exclusively on the user's device.
2. Personal Information Processing and Retention Period
The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period according to laws or the period consented to when collecting personal information from data subjects.
2.1 App Usage Information
- Collected Items: Device information, app usage statistics, crash reports
- Collection Purpose: Service improvement, bug fixes, user experience enhancement
- Retention Period: 1 year from collection
- Collection Method: Automatic collection via Firebase Analytics
2.2 Advertising Information
- Collected Items: Advertising identifier (IDFA), device information, ad view/click data

9. Security Measures for Personal Information
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
- Minimizing and training personnel handling personal information
- Establishing and implementing internal management plans
- Technical measures against hacking
- Encryption of personal information
- Retention and forgery prevention of access records
10. Protection of Children's Personal Information
The Company does not collect personal information from children under 14 years of age. Parental or legal guardian consent is required for children under 14 to use the service.
11. Changes to Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective from January 1, 2025. When there are additions, deletions, or modifications due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, changes will be announced through in-app notifications at least 7 days before implementation.
12. Opt-Out of Tracking (iOS App Tracking Transparency)
On iOS 14.5 and later, the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework requests tracking permission from users:

- Impact: Personalized ads will be limited, and general ads will be displayed

The Clips2GIF app is not a web-based service and does not use cookies. However, advertising platforms (AdMob) may use advertising identifiers.
