Can't select videos
Please check the following:
- Photo Library access permission is granted to the app
- Check Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos for app permissions
- Ensure videos are actually saved on your device
- For iCloud videos, ensure download is complete
GIF quality is low
For better GIF quality:
- Increase FPS to 15-20
- Set output size closer to original

Can't share created GIFs
