KyuLabs ("we") operates the mobile game Hanafuda Defense (섯다 디펜스)
(app.kyulabs.seotdadefence, the "Game"). This policy explains what the Game
collects, why, and what you can do about it.

1. Your game progress stays on your device
The Game has no account system and no game server of our own. Petals, permanent upgrades, unlocked years, best records and your settings are saved only in a local file on your device. We never upload or read them.
One consequence is worth knowing: if you delete the Game, your progress is gone and we cannot restore it. The one paid item (Remove Ads) can be recovered with Restore Purchases, because the store — not we — remembers it.
2. What is collected, and by whom
The Game runs no server of its own and makes no network requests to us. These third-party services process data:

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or any account credential.
3. Advertising and your choices
Ads keep the Game free. You can limit them in two ways:
- Device settings — iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Android: Settings › Google › Ads. You may reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off app tracking entirely.
- Remove Ads — a one-time purchase. Rewarded ads remain available because they are optional and grant items; you never have to watch one.
4. Notifications
The Game may send you one local reminder per day about the daily petal reward. It is scheduled on your device; no message travels through a server. Permission is asked only after you first claim the reward, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings. Declining does not reduce anything you receive in the Game.
5. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA) and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data, write to us and we will have it deleted.
6. Retention
We hold nothing ourselves. Each processor keeps data for its own stated period — see their policies below.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Because we hold no personal data, requests are best directed to the processor concerned; write to us and we will point you to the right place.
To erase everything held on your device, delete the Game.
8. Processors and international transfers
Google (AdMob & Firebase), RevenueCat and the app stores may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when.

1. 게임 기록은 기기에만 남습니다
게임에는 계정이 없고 당사가 운영하는 게임 서버도 없습니다. 꽃잎, 영구 강화, 해금한 년도, 최고 기록, 설정은 기기 안의 로컬 파일에만 저장됩니다. 당사는 이를 올려받거나 읽지 않습니다.
한 가지는 알아 두셔야 합니다. 게임을 삭제하면 진행도가 사라지고 당사가 복구할 수 없습니다. 유료 항목인 광고 제거는 구매 복원으로 되찾을 수 있습니다. 당사가 아니라 스토어가 기억하기 때문입니다.
2. 수집 항목과 수집 주체
게임은 자체 서버가 없고 당사로 보내는 네트워크 요청도 없습니다. 아래 제3자 서비스가 데이터를 처리합니다.

당사는 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진, 위치, 계정 자격증명을 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 광고와 이용자의 선택권
광고 덕분에 게임이 무료입니다. 두 가지 방법으로 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 기기 설정 — iOS: 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 추적. Android: 설정 › Google › 광고. 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있고, 앱 추적을 전부 끌 수도 있습니다.
- 광고 제거 — 1회성 구매입니다. 보상형 광고는 그대로 남습니다. 선택해서 보는 것이고 보상을 주기 때문이며, 보지 않아도 됩니다.
4. 알림
게임은 일일 꽃잎 보상에 대해 하루 한 번 로컬 알림을 보낼 수 있습니다. 기기에서 예약되며 서버를 거치지 않습니다. 권한은 보상을 처음 받은 뒤에만 묻고, 언제든 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 거절해도 게임에서 받는 것은 줄지 않습니다.
5. 아동
게임은 만 13세 미만(EEA는 16세 미만) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 그들의 데이터를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 데이터를 제공했다고 판단되면 알려 주십시오. 삭제하겠습니다.
6. 보유 기간
당사가 직접 보유하는 것은 없습니다. 각 처리자가 자신의 방침에 따른 기간 동안 보유합니다. 아래 링크를 참고하십시오.
7. 이용자의 권리
거주 지역에 따라 열람·정정·삭제·이동 요구권, 처리에 대한 반대·제한 요구권을 가질 수 있습니다. 당사는 개인정보를 보유하지 않으므로 해당 처리자에게 요청하시는 편이 빠릅니다. 연락 주시면 어디로 요청해야 하는지 안내하겠습니다.
기기에 저장된 것을 전부 지우려면 게임을 삭제하십시오.
8. 처리자와 국외 이전
Google(AdMob·Firebase), RevenueCat, 각 앱 스토어는 자체 보호 조치에 따라 미국을 포함한 이용자 거주국 밖에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.
9. 변경
이 방침은 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 시점은 문서 상단 날짜로 확인할 수 있습니다.
