These Terms of Service govern your use of Simple Baby Widget on Apple and Android platforms. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app provides pregnancy and baby tracking information, customizable home-screen widgets, watch features, reminders, and related content. Features may vary by device, operating system, region, and app version.
The app is for general informational and organizational purposes only. Growth references, dates, comparisons, and other content are estimates and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns or decisions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining access to your device. User-entered baby information is stored locally and may be lost if the app is deleted, the device is reset, or local data is otherwise removed. Please review our Privacy Policy.
The free phone app may display advertising. The optional Remove Ads product is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes ads from the phone app for the purchasing store account, subject to successful validation.
You may use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with the app or its services, bypass security or purchase validation, misuse advertising systems, reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it, or violate the rights of others.
The app relies on services provided by Apple, Google, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, and RevenueCat. Their own terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for outages, account actions, payment decisions, or other matters controlled by those providers.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the app, maintain security, meet legal requirements, or address technical limitations. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or compatible with every device.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KYULABS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
