These Terms are an agreement between you and KyuLabs ("we"), the developer of the mobile game Joseon Wave (조선웨이브, app.kyulabs.joseonwave, the "Game"). Downloading, launching or playing the Game means you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or modify the Game, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law says you may.

2. In-game items have no cash value

Coins (엽전), jade (옥패), blueprints, essence, collection items, passes and every other in-game item exist only inside the Game. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or anything else of value, or transferred between players.

3. Your progress is local

The Game has no account and no server of ours. Progress is stored on your device only. Deleting the Game or losing the device means the progress is gone — we cannot restore it. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases

  • Consumable items (jade packs) are used up when delivered or claimed and cannot be restored.
  • Permanent items (the starter supply, the field siege pass, the research lab expansion, extra loadout slots) are one-time purchases. Because the store records them, you can recover them on a new device with Restore Purchases, signed in to the same store account.
  • Payment is taken by Apple or Google, not by us; their terms and refund rules apply. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. If something did not work, write to us and we will help you make the case.
  • Draw (gacha) results are random. Every card drawn is Common; higher grades come only from merging three identical cards. The chance of each item is shown in the Game before you draw.

5. Advertising

The Game offers optional rewarded ads that grant in-game bonuses. You never have to watch one, and declining costs you nothing you already earned. The reward is granted only after an ad has been watched; if no ad is available, the button stays locked until one loads. Daily limits apply.

6. Fair play

Do not modify the Game, its saved data, its purchase flow or its network traffic to gain an advantage, and do not use automation to play it. We may stop supporting a copy of the Game that has been tampered with.

7. Changes to the Game

We may add, change or remove features, content and balance at any time when that is needed to keep the Game working or fair. We will not remove a paid permanent item you have bought without giving you an equivalent.

8. Liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress or loss of data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice in the Game before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new Terms.

이 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 이용자와 모바일 게임 조선웨이브(Joseon Wave, app.kyulabs.joseonwave, 이하 "게임")의 개발자인 KyuLabs(이하 "당사") 사이의 계약입니다. 게임을 내려받거나 실행하거나 플레이하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 게임을 이용하지 마십시오.

1. 이용 허락

당사는 이용자가 소유하거나 관리하는 기기에 게임을 설치해 사적·비상업적으로 이용할 수 있는 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가·철회 가능한 권리를 부여합니다. 법이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 게임을 복제·판매·재라이선스·역분석·변경하거나 경쟁 제품을 만드는 데 사용할 수 없습니다.

2. 게임 안 아이템에는 현금 가치가 없습니다

엽전, 옥패, 설계도, 정수, 수집품, 패스 등 모든 게임 안 아이템은 게임 안에서만 존재합니다. 금전적 가치가 없으며 돈·상품·그 밖의 가치 있는 것으로 바꾸거나 다른 이용자에게 넘길 수 없습니다.

3. 진행 기록은 기기에 저장됩니다

게임에는 계정과 당사 서버가 없습니다. 진행 기록은 기기에만 저장되므로, 게임을 삭제하거나 기기를 잃어버리면 기록이 사라지고 당사도 복구할 수 없습니다. 개인정보처리방침을 참고하십시오.

4. 구매

  • 소모성 상품(옥패)은 지급 시 소진되며 복원되지 않습니다.
  • 영구 상품(초행 보급품, 들녘 수성패스, 연구소 증축, 장착 칸 추가)은 1회 구매 상품입니다. 스토어가 구매를 기록하므로 같은 스토어 계정으로 로그인한 새 기기에서 구매 복원으로 되찾을 수 있습니다.
  • 결제는 당사가 아니라 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하며 각 스토어의 약관과 환불 정책이 적용됩니다. 환불은 구매한 스토어가 처리합니다. 상품이 제대로 지급되지 않았다면 메일 주십시오. 요청에 필요한 내용을 확인해 드리겠습니다.
  • 뽑기(확률형 아이템)의 결과는 무작위입니다. 뽑기로 얻는 카드는 모두 일반 등급이며, 더 높은 등급은 같은 카드 3장을 합성해서만 얻습니다. 항목별 확률은 뽑기 전에 게임 안에 표시됩니다.

5. 광고

게임은 게임 안 보너스를 주는 선택형 보상 광고를 제공합니다. 광고를 보지 않아도 되며, 보지 않아도 이미 얻은 것을 잃지 않습니다. 보상은 광고를 끝까지 본 경우에만 지급되며, 불러올 광고가 없으면 광고가 준비될 때까지 버튼이 잠깁니다. 하루 이용 횟수에 제한이 있습니다.

6. 공정한 이용

이득을 얻으려고 게임, 저장 데이터, 결제 흐름, 네트워크 통신을 변조하거나 자동화 도구로 플레이하지 마십시오. 변조된 게임에 대해서는 지원을 중단할 수 있습니다.

7. 게임의 변경

당사는 게임을 정상적이고 공정하게 유지하는 데 필요하면 언제든 기능·콘텐츠·밸런스를 추가·변경·삭제할 수 있습니다. 이용자가 구매한 영구 상품은 대체 수단 없이 없애지 않습니다.

8. 책임의 제한

게임은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 당사는 간접·결과적 손해, 진행 기록 손실, 데이터 손실에 책임지지 않습니다. 법으로 제한할 수 없는 책임은 제한하지 않습니다.

9. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 소비자인 이용자는 거주 국가의 강행 법규가 주는 보호를 그대로 누립니다.

10. 약관의 변경

약관은 바뀔 수 있으며 상단 날짜가 최종 수정일입니다. 이용자의 권리에 중요한 영향을 주는 변경은 시행 전에 게임 안에서 알립니다. 그 뒤에도 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
