These terms govern your use of the mobile game Nyang Forge (냥냥대장간) (the "Game"), operated by KyuLabs ("we"). By playing the Game you accept them.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, decompile it, or modify it to gain an advantage.

2. Your progress is local

The Game has no account and no game server. Progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the Game, losing the device, or resetting it erases your progress permanently — we cannot recover it, because we never had it.

Please consider this before deleting the Game.

3. Purchases

• In-app items are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in your local currency by the store.
• Purchased items are licences to use features inside the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
• Consumable items (talisman packs) are consumed as you play and do not come back. Non-consumable items (⚡ Boost, Remove Ads, one-time packs) can be restored with *Restore Purchases* on a new install of the same store account.
• Refunds are handled by the store, not by us, under Apple's or Google's policy. Contact them directly. We will help where we can.

4. Advertising

The Game shows ads. Rewarded ads are always optional — you choose to watch them in exchange for items. Purchasing *Remove Ads* removes non-rewarded advertising.

5. Fair play

Do not modify the Game, its saved data, or network traffic to gain items or progress you did not earn. We may restrict access to online features (for example the time service) if we detect manipulation.

6. Changes to the Game

We may add, change or remove features, items and balance values to keep the Game working and fair. If we discontinue the Game entirely, we will give notice in the Game or on the store listing where reasonably possible.

Because purchased items are licences rather than property, discontinuation does not create a right to a refund beyond what the store's policy provides.

7. Liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including lost progress. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.

이 약관은 규랩스(이하 "당사")가 운영하는 모바일 게임 냥냥대장간(Nyang Forge, 이하 "게임")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 게임을 이용하시면 이 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.

1. 이용 허락

당사는 이용자가 소유하거나 관리하는 기기에 게임을 설치하고 이용할 수 있는 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가능한 권리를 부여합니다. 게임을 재판매하거나, 역컴파일하거나, 이득을 얻기 위해 변조할 수 없습니다.

2. 진행도는 기기에만 저장됩니다

이 게임에는 계정도, 게임 서버도 없습니다. 진행도는 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 게임을 삭제하거나, 기기를 분실하거나, 초기화하면 진행도는 영구히 사라지며 당사가 복구할 수 없습니다. 애초에 당사가 보유한 적이 없기 때문입니다.

게임을 삭제하시기 전에 이 점을 고려해 주시기 바랍니다.

3. 구매

• 인앱 상품은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 구매합니다. 가격은 스토어가 이용자 지역 통화로 표시합니다.
• 구매한 상품은 게임 내 기능을 이용할 수 있는 권리입니다. 금전적 가치가 없고, 현금으로 교환할 수 없으며, 타인이나 다른 계정으로 이전할 수 없습니다.
• 소모성 상품(부적 팩)은 이용하면서 소진되며 복구되지 않습니다. 비소모성 상품(⚡ 부스트, 광고 제거, 1회 구매 팩)은 동일한 스토어 계정으로 재설치한 경우 *구매 복원*으로 되살릴 수 있습니다.
• 환불은 당사가 아니라 스토어가 Apple 또는 Google의 정책에 따라 처리합니다. 해당 스토어로 직접 문의하시기 바랍니다. 당사도 가능한 범위에서 돕겠습니다.

4. 광고

게임에는 광고가 표시됩니다. 보상형 광고는 항상 선택 사항이며, 이용자가 아이템을 받기 위해 스스로 시청을 선택합니다. *광고 제거*를 구매하시면 보상형이 아닌 광고가 제거됩니다.

5. 공정한 이용

정당하게 획득하지 않은 아이템이나 진행도를 얻기 위해 게임, 저장 데이터, 네트워크 통신을 변조하지 마십시오. 조작이 확인되는 경우 온라인 기능(예: 시각 서비스) 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

6. 게임의 변경

당사는 게임을 정상적이고 공정하게 유지하기 위해 기능·아이템·밸런스 수치를 추가·변경· 삭제할 수 있습니다. 게임 서비스를 완전히 종료하는 경우, 합리적으로 가능한 범위에서 게임 내 또는 스토어 등록정보를 통해 사전에 알려드립니다.

구매한 상품은 소유물이 아니라 이용 권리이므로, 서비스 종료가 스토어 정책이 정한 범위를 넘는 환불 청구권을 발생시키지는 않습니다.

7. 책임의 범위

게임은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 당사는 진행도 손실을 포함한 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 강행법규상 소비자에게 보장된 권리는 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.

8. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 합니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 강행규정에 따른 보호를 박탈하지 않습니다.
