KyuLabs (규랩스) ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the mobile game Slime Sort (the "App"), how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information collected

1.1 Stored only on your device (never transmitted)

• Game progress (stages cleared, move counts)
• Settings (music and sound volume, vibration, language)
• Whether the ad-removal purchase is active

This data lives in the App's private storage on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

1.2 Collected by third-party services

We do not collect your name, phone number, email address, precise location, contacts, or photos. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by the app stores and are never accessible to us.

2. How the information is used

• Providing game features and preserving your progress
• Serving and measuring advertising, which funds free access to the game
• Processing in-app purchases and restoring ad-removal status
• Diagnosing errors and improving quality
• Analysing usage to tune difficulty and usability

3. Retention

• On-device data: until you uninstall the App, at which point it is removed.
• Third-party data: governed by each provider's own policy — see §8.

Because we operate no servers, we do not separately accumulate or store your personal data.

4. Disclosure and processors

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared with the providers listed in §1.2 only to the extent needed to deliver advertising, analytics, and payment functionality.

5. International transfers

The providers above operate servers outside your country (including in the United States), so your information may be processed abroad.

Retention by these recipients follows their own privacy policies. You may refuse international transfer, in which case some features such as personalised advertising may be limited.

6. Your choices

• Access, correction, deletion, restriction: contact us using the details in §10.
• Delete on-device data: uninstalling the App removes everything stored on your device.
• Reset or limit the advertising identifier:
  • iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking
  • Android: Settings › Google › Ads
• Change advertising consent: where applicable (for example in the EEA), you can reopen the consent form inside the App.
• Notifications: turn them off in your device settings.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA) or under 14 (Republic of Korea). If we learn that we have collected such information, we delete it promptly.

9. Security

We operate no servers and therefore hold no personal data directly. Communication between the App and third-party services uses the encrypted channels (HTTPS) provided by each SDK.

11. EEA and UK users (GDPR)

For users in these regions we act as the data controller and rely on the following legal bases.

• Consent: personalised advertising and analytics. Collected on first launch through the Google User Messaging Platform consent form, and withdrawable at any time inside the App.
• Performance of a contract: processing in-app purchases and restoring them.
• Legitimate interests: diagnosing errors and preventing abuse.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

12. California users (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, the use of advertising identifiers for personalised advertising may constitute "sharing" under the CCPA. California residents have the right to know what is collected, to request deletion, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To opt out, use the advertising identifier settings described in §6 or email us using the details in §10.

13. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will post the updated version and its effective date on this page. Material changes will additionally be announced in the App or in the store update notes.
