By accessing or using Solopreneur, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the app.

2. Description of Service

Solopreneur is a mobile application designed for solo developers to:

• Track revenue and expenses from multiple platforms in one place
• View daily and monthly financial statistics
• Connect with third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Ads, Lemon Squeezy, and PortOne
• Display revenue information through iOS widgets and Apple Watch complications

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Solopreneur, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all API keys, authentication credentials, and other information you provide are accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain Security: Keep your API keys and authentication credentials secure and confidential.
• Comply with Third-Party Terms: Abide by the terms of service of all third-party platforms you connect to (Google, Lemon Squeezy, PortOne, etc.).
• Use for Lawful Purposes: Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Account and Security

4.1 No Account Required

Solopreneur is designed as a no-login service. You do not need to create an account with us to use the app. All your data is stored locally on your device.

4.2 API Keys and Credentials

You are solely responsible for:

• The security and confidentiality of your API keys and authentication credentials
• All activities that occur using your credentials
• Any consequences of unauthorized use of your credentials

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Integration with Third Parties

Solopreneur integrates with various third-party services including Google AdMob, Lemon Squeezy, PortOne, RevenueCat, and others. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

5.2 Third-Party Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

Solopreneur and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KYULABS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Third-Party Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, and logos used in Solopreneur are the property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks does not imply endorsement.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Solopreneur is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KYULABS shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Inaccuracies or errors in financial data retrieved from third-party APIs
• Service interruptions or delays
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

8. Data Accuracy and Backup

8.1 Financial Data

Solopreneur displays financial data retrieved from third-party APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is always correct, complete, or up-to-date. You should verify important financial information directly with the respective platforms.

8.2 Data Backup

Since Solopreneur stores data locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may stop using Solopreneur at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Solopreneur at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Solopreneur after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
