Reelwater Slots
Reelwater Slots is a free social casino game for adults (18+). This game is intended for entertainment purposes only. No real money gambling is offered. Virtual coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, or anything of value. Practice or success at this game does not imply future success at real money gambling.
This policy explains what information the Reelwater Slots mobile app (app.kyulabs.reelwater,
the “App”) collects, why, and what choices you have. It is published by
KyuLabs (“we”), the developer and operator of the App, located in the
Republic of Korea.
There is no account and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, contacts, photos, or precise location. Your game progress lives in a file on your own device.
The App writes a single save file to your device's private app storage. We have no access to it and it never reaches us. It contains:
Deleting the App deletes this file from your device. Because it sits in normal app storage, your device's own backup service — iCloud Backup on iOS, Google's app backup on Android — may include it, so that your progress survives restoring or replacing your phone. That backup belongs to you and your Apple or Google account; it is encrypted by them and we cannot read it. You can turn it off in your device's backup settings.
The App embeds software development kits (SDKs) from Google and RevenueCat. When the App runs, these SDKs collect data directly and send it to their own servers. The table below states what each one handles.

No name, no email address, no phone number, no postal address, no date of birth, no contacts, no photos or camera access, no microphone access, no precise GPS location, no health data, and no payment card details. The App requests only internet access and vibration permissions.
We do not build advertising profiles ourselves, and we do not sell data.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies:

We are based in the Republic of Korea. The providers above operate servers in the United States and other countries, so data described in section 1.2 is transferred outside your country of residence. For transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, those providers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Because the App has no account, we usually cannot connect a request to a specific person on our own. To act on a request about SDK-collected data, we may need an identifier you can supply from your device — for example your advertising ID.
Reelwater Slots is not directed to children. It simulates casino-style play and is rated for adults only (18+, or the higher age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the App is not listed in any children's category or family program in the app stores.
Advertising in the App is configured as not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact kyulabs@kyulabs.app and we will delete what we can and ask our providers to do the same.

Save data is written to your device's private, sandboxed app storage, which other apps cannot read. All network traffic from the SDKs uses encrypted connections (TLS). We hold no server of our own and no database of players, which removes an entire class of risk — but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
In the twelve months before the date above, the App may collect these categories of personal information: identifiers (advertising ID, pseudonymous app-instance and installation IDs), internet or network activity (in-app events, ad interactions), coarse geolocation inferred from IP, and commercial information (purchase records).
We do not sell personal information for money. However, using advertising identifiers to serve personalized ads may be treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA. To opt out, decline personalized advertising in the App's privacy options, or delete or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (section 6). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
For users in Brazil, KyuLabs is the controlador for the processing described here. The legal bases are your consent (advertising and analytics), performance of a contract (purchases), and our legitimate interests (crash reporting and security). If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will give notice inside the App before it takes effect. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.

앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 이 파일도 함께 삭제됩니다. 일반 앱 저장 영역에 있으므로 기기의 백업 기능 — iOS 의 iCloud 백업, Android 의 Google 앱 백업 — 에 포함될 수 있으며, 그 덕분에 기기를 복원하거나 바꿔도 진행 상황이 남습니다. 그 백업은 이용자의 Apple·Google 계정에 속하고 해당 사업자가 암호화하며 당사는 읽을 수 없습니다. 기기의 백업 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
