Rewarded ads are capped per hour and per day so the game does not become a job. If you are under the cap and the ad still will not load, it usually means no ad was available in your region at that moment — try again in a few minutes. Ad availability is decided by Google's ad network, not by us.
Open Settings → Notifications in the game and switch it off. The game schedules one reminder for the evening, in your own local time, and never sends one on a day you have already collected. You can also turn notifications off for the app in your device settings.
In regions where consent is required, open Settings → Privacy options in the game to change your choice at any time. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings: on iOS under Privacy & Security, on Android under Privacy → Ads.
Delete the app. That removes the save file, which is the only data we hold about your play. For anything collected by the advertising and analytics SDKs, see the Privacy Policy or email us.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the order history in Google Play. If the store declines and you believe the charge was wrong, write to us and we will look into it.
The game's payout tables and reel layouts are fixed and are the same for every player. They are not adjusted based on how much you have spent, how long you have played, or whether you have made a purchase. Because no money can be won, these are entertainment odds — they do not represent the odds of any real gambling product.
